Need a tow from Muwailih Commercial – any reliable recovery service?

I'm in a bit of a bind right now and hoping someone can help me out with some local knowledge. My car broke down earlier today in the Muwailih Commercial area, and I've been trying to figure out how to get it to a garage without making things worse. The engine started making this awful knocking noise, and I knew I had to pull over immediately, so now I'm just parked on a side street with my hazard lights on, feeling completely stuck.
